IRAN’S ATTACK ON ZIONISTS, POWER IS THE DECIDING FACTOR A LESSON FOR AFRICA

It is evident that Iran’s resolve to respond to the Zionists‘ belligerence has shaken them and their American and European supporters who have continuously pumped them up with hi-tech weapons as they carry out a genocide against innocent civilians in Palestine.

For quite a long time Israel has taunted Iran, assassinated its scientists and killed its military generals. The red line for Iran was Israel’s arrogant bombing of Iran’s embassy in Damascus Syria on the first of April 2024.

Analysts have suggested that Israel is trying to push the United States into a war so it can be saved as the world has turned against the genocide committing state. The United States for itself has been cautious, it is evident that without the United States and Europe, Israel is not that strong as has been exaggerated for a long time, and it points to Iran realising this.

While Israel has hi-tech weapons, without constant supply from the United States and Europe, it cannot sustain a war with Iran. Iran’s response speaks to its acceptance of whatever comes because of being violated for a long time, the leaders and the Iranian people felt that they must give an answer to the aggressor imperialist in the same language they understand, which is the use of force hence power.

According to political commentator John Mearsheimer, nations only understand the language of power, everybody who wants to play a significant role on the international stage must stive to be powerful.

While some small nations can sometimes punch beyond their weight, Mearsheimer has suggested that the currency to superpower status is a bigger Population, bigger economy and a strong military.

While the United States, China, and Russia qualify as superpowers in today’s world due to having all the three or overwhelmingly having two of the requirements for being a superpower, India and Africa are not far behind in potentiality.

But unlike India, Africa’s big population is not aggregated, it is so fragmented for it to be useful and for Africa to decisively qualify as a superpower even though Africa’s economy is the same size as that of India with more resources.

Iran’s response is a huge lesson to Africa, the African people must fight against any attempts to continue the division and weakening of the continent under whatever justification. The many ancient chief-like heads of state who have enabled this project of undermining the continent should be handled with ultimate resolve and their mediocrity obliterated for Africa to emerge as a Power in all its might.

This calls for absolute commitment and consistent work as is being carried out by the African Continental Unity Party (ACUP) with the Ultimate Vision of rebuilding Africa as a Powerbase for all African and Black People who have been abused all across the world.
