A devastating fire, ignited by a faulty ECG meter and intensified by a gas explosion, has obliterated a house in Lebanon Zone 2, Ashaiman.
The blaze caused significant damage and left residents in shock. It began with a malfunctioning ECG meter and escalated due to a gas explosion.
The fire rapidly consumed the entire house, leaving only ashes behind. Fortunately, no lives were lost, and no injuries were reported, despite the fire’s intensity. However, residents experienced substantial material losses, including valuable possessions and an undisclosed amount of money.
The fire’s aftermath has been particularly harsh on the tenants and multiple families living in the house, who are now homeless.
