The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has issued a statement informing customers and the general public about an upcoming emergency maintenance on the Nuri Kamstrup Prepayment Server.
The maintenance will commence on Friday, July 12, at 11:00 pm and is expected to conclude by Sunday, July 14, at 11:00 pm.
Customers utilizing the Nuri Kamstrup prepayment system are advised to purchase sufficient credit to last throughout the maintenance period to avoid any inconvenience.
The company also apologized for any disruption this necessary maintenance may cause.
