The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has announced plans to launch its 2024 manifesto on Sunday, August 18, 2024, in Takoradi, Western Region.
This strategic move comes as the party gears up for the upcoming general elections, aiming to present its vision and policies to the Ghanaian electorate.
The NPP has formed an 11-member committee tasked with overseeing the planning and execution of the launch. The committee, chaired by Madam Oboshie Sai-Cofie, includes prominent party figures such as Mr. Henry Nana Boakye, Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Mad. Kate Gyamfuah, Ms. Abena Asante, Hon. Fati Abubakar, Dr. Antoinette Tsibo-Darko,Mr. Ndede Siah, Mr. Dennis Miracles Aboagye, Hon. Anthony Abayifa Karbo, and Alhaji Haruna Mohammed
Justin Kodua Frimpong, the General Secretary of the NPP, expressed confidence in the committee’s capabilities. In the official statement, he noted, “The Party congratulates the committee and expresses confidence in its ability to deliver on its mandate in the supreme interest of the New Patriotic Party.”
