The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced plans to launch its 2024 election manifesto on Saturday, August 24, 2024, in the Central Region of Ghana.

In a press release signed by the party’s General Secretary, Hon. Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, the NDC stated, “The National Democratic Congress (NDC) wishes to inform the general public, that its manifesto for the 2024 general elections will be launched in the Central region on Saturday, 24th August, 2024.”

The party has constituted a nine-member Planning Committee, chaired by Dr. Peter Boamah Otokunor, the Director of Interparty and Civil Society Relations of the NDC. Other notable members include Barbara Serwaa Asamoah Esq., Sammy Gyamfi Esq., and Hon. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah.

The press release added, “The Planning Committee will announce the program’s venue, time, and other details in due course.” This upcoming launch is expected to outline the NDC’s vision and policies for Ghana, setting the stage for what promises to be a highly contested election.
