The founder and leader of the All People’s Congress (APC), Hassan Ayariga, has promised to turn the economic fortunes of the country around, with a strong emphasis on production and job creation.
Speaking to the media during his campaign tour in Accra, Ayariga called on Ghanaians to vote for the APC in the upcoming elections, assuring them that his party has a clear vision to address the country’s economic challenges.
During his campaign tour, Ayariga pledged to revitalize Ghana’s economy by focusing on production and job creation. He emphasized that his government if elected, would prioritize creating a sustainable economy driven by increased local production and industrialization. He noted that Ghana’s reliance on imports has weakened its economy, leading to high unemployment and poverty.
“We need to shift our focus to producing what we consume. Ghana is too dependent on imports, and this is crippling our economy. My government will create jobs through local production, reduce imports, and strengthen our industries,” Ayariga stated.
He further urged Ghanaians to vote for the APC in the upcoming elections, assuring them that his party has a clear vision to address the country’s economic challenges and secure a prosperous future.
On education, Hassan Ayariga said his government would change the curriculum to make it more practical, to reduce unemployment.
“Our education system must equip the youth with the skills they need to work and succeed. We will change the curriculum to make it more practical, and ensure that graduates have the skills needed to create jobs for themselves and others,” he affirmed.
Ayariga’s campaign continues to emphasize his commitment to tackling Ghana’s pressing issues, with a focus on sustainable solutions that will create a lasting impact on the economy and society.
