A tragic accident near Binduri in the Upper East Region has claimed the life of a military officer from the 11 Mechanised Battalion in Bawku, leaving five others critically injured.
The military vehicle, with registration number 15 GA 04, veered off the road and somersaulted multiple times while traveling from Bawku towards Bazua.
One officer died instantly, and the injured were rushed to the Bolgatanga Regional Hospital and Tamale Teaching Hospital for urgent treatment.
