
Foklex Media Production and Foklex Media Awards have announced the appointment of Ras Caleb Appiah-Levi as their new Deputy Chief Executive Officer. In a statement, Ras Caleb expressed his gratitude for the opportunity and unveiled an ambitious proposal to establish the Foklex Media Fund (FMF), aimed at empowering Ghanaian media practitioners.

The proposed fund seeks to provide financial and material support, training, and networking opportunities for media professionals to enhance industry standards and foster innovation. Ras Caleb emphasized his commitment to advancing Foklex Media’s mission of driving excellence and professionalism in the media landscape.
The FMF initiative, if implemented, will include grants, equipment provision, and development programs tailored to address the needs of registered media practitioners and outlets across Ghana. “This fund will be a groundbreaking initiative to empower media practitioners and cement Foklex Media Production’s commitment to industry development and social responsibility,” Ras Caleb stated.
