A man identified as Rufai has been apprehended by the police at the Animgazanga JHS polling station in the Bolga Central constituency for allegedly possessing multiple thumbprinted ballot papers.
Eyewitnesses claim Rufai was caught red-handed with the suspected ballot papers, prompting swift intervention by authorities. The police immediately took him into custody and transferred him to the regional police headquarters for further investigation.
