Meanwhile, Mr. Lawson gives Zara a cryptic task to weaken Mrs. Obiora’s influence on the board. Apparently, the delay in naming a new CEO is no accident – it’s all part of his bigger plan to crush his enemies. At this point, it is clear that Mr. Lawson is a master manipulator.
Then comes the big twist: Mr. Lawson uncovers Madam Obiora’s alleged poisoning of her husband to gain his assets. However, Mr. Patrick Obiora’s will was revealed to have left his shares to Ozzy, stripping Mrs. Obiora of her power on the board. This leads to a heated argument between Ozzy and Mr. Lawson, where Ozzy accuses him of going too far.
The real shock comes when Mr. Lawson makes a dramatic return to the boardroom, leaving everyone stunned. With his usual confidence, he hints at a new mission for Zara to investigate Ogun Holdings.
