The Deputy Finance Minister of Namibia, Maureen Mbuenda, has paid a visit to Rev. Stephen Wengam, General Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Ghana, to console him following the passing of his mother, Madam Deborah Wengam.

During her visit to Accra, Madam Mbuenda had a heartfelt discussion with Rev. Wengam, who also serves as Vice Chairman of Assemblies of God Africa Alliance, by expressing her condolences and leaving a touching message in the book of condolence.

“The loss of a mother leaves an emptiness which only the Lord can fill. You’re blessed to have a prayer-warrior mother. She’s your angel. She will intercede for you and your church,” Madam Mbuenda wrote.

The funeral service for Madam Deborah Wengam is scheduled to take place on January 25, 2025, at the Forecourt of the State House in Accra.
