
The Ghana Union of Traders’ Associations (GUTA) has extended its congratulations to the newly appointed Minister of Trade, Agribusiness, and Industry , Hon. Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare.
In a press statement signed by the Secretary-General, Alhaji Alpha Shaban, GUTA lauded the Minister for her impressive performance during her Parliamentary vetting.
“Her articulation, especially of ideas in response to questions during her confirmation hearing before the appointments committee of Parliament, is a testament to her in-depth knowledge of the Ministry designated for her and her qualification for it,” the statement read.
The association expressed eagerness to meet with the Minister to personally congratulate her and strengthen the longstanding relationship between GUTA and the Ministry.
“The meeting will allow us to interact and collaborate in the country’s future to achieve the president’s objective of resetting the country.”
GUTA expressed confidence in the Minister’s ability to excel in her new role, emphasizing that with diligence, hard work, and patriotism, we believe she will excel in her duty.
