The Assemblies of God, Ghana held its annual ordination service for the Ashanti East Region at Living Waters Chapel in Kumasi, where 32 pastors were elevated to the rank of Ordained Minister, the highest ministerial position in the church.

Others were also promoted to the ranks of Exhorter and Licentiate.
The ceremony was officiated by the General Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Ghana, Rev. Stephen Wengam, with support from the Regional Superintendent, Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Gyasi.
Preaching on the theme “The Awesome Deeds of Praying Without Ceasing,” Rev. Wengam urged pastors to prioritize prayer in their ministry.
“In line with its national theme of the year, Assemblies of God, Ghana is scaling up prayer at all levels of the church while expecting supernatural manifestations,” he stated.
The ordination service marked a significant milestone in the church’s commitment to raising spiritual leaders and strengthening the faith community.
