A former member of the investigative firm Tiger Eye PI, Daniel Owusu Koranteng, has been charged with the murder of journalist Ahmed Suale.
Koranteng is accused of causing Suale’s death through unlawful harm.
According to case details, he was allegedly near Suale’s Madina residence on the night of the fatal shooting. Reports indicate he left the area for his home in Amasaman around 11 p.m. that same night.

However, following police surveillance, he was arrested upon his return to Ghana on March 15, 2025.
Investigators also suggest that Suale had accused Koranteng of selling his pictures to politician Kennedy Agyapong, a claim the suspect has denied.
On Wednesday, he was arraigned before the Madina District Court and remanded into custody.
The case has been adjourned to April 1.
