The General Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Ghana, Rev. Stephen Wengam, has arrived in Toronto, Canada, for an official visit aimed at strengthening ties with the Ghanaian Fellowship of Canada Assemblies of God and other church bodies.

He was warmly received at the airport by executives of the Fellowship, led by its chairman, Rev. Milton Offei, who also serves as the Senior Pastor of Evangel Assemblies of God in Toronto.

Rev. Wengam is accompanied on the trip by his wife, Lady Mrs. Monica Wengam.

As part of his itinerary, Rev. Wengam is expected to deliver a sermon at the Fellowship’s Easter Convention, which marks a key event on the Ghanaian Assemblies of God calendar in Canada.

His visit will also include a courtesy call on Rev. David Wells, General Superintendent of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, as well as meetings with Ghanaian pastors and church leaders across the country.
