GoldBod Jewellery, a subsidiary of the Ghana Gold Board, has unveiled celebrated media personality Kwabena Anokye Adisi, popularly known as Bola Ray, and award-winning actress Joselyn Dumas as its new brand ambassadors.
The partnership forms part of the company’s strategic drive to promote Ghana’s rich gold heritage and showcase the nation’s expertise in crafting authentic, world-class jewellery through ethical sourcing and exceptional artistry.
With Bola Ray’s charisma and Joselyn Dumas’s elegance, GoldBod Jewellery aims to elevate Ghana’s gold craftsmanship onto the global stage, celebrating the beauty and authenticity of locally made ornaments.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony held at the GoldBod Head Office in Accra, Chief Executive Officer of GoldBod Jewellery, Mr. Sammy Gyamfi Esq., described the appointment as a milestone in advancing Ghana’s value addition agenda within the gold sector.
“Bola Ray and Joselyn Dumas represent excellence and authenticity, the very values that define the GoldBod Jewellery brand. Their appointment as brand ambassadors marks a major milestone in GoldBod’s mission to promote local value addition to the country’s gold resources,” Mr. Gyamfi stated.
He added that the collaboration aligns with President John Dramani Mahama’s vision of positioning Ghana as Africa’s leading hub for authentic gold jewellery and ornaments.
As part of their ambassadorial roles, Bola Ray and Joselyn Dumas will lead brand campaigns, media engagements, and public outreach initiatives highlighting GoldBod’s latest collections of fine gold and diamond jewellery, bespoke ornaments, and luxury accessories.
