Honorable Alexander Afenyo-Markin, MP for Effutu Constituency and Majority Leader in Ghana’s Parliament, has made a significant donation to the Agona Swedru Fire Station to enhance its efficiency and response capability due to its proximity and frequent operational support to the Effutu Municipality.
The donation includes four (4) swivel chairs, two (2) desktop computers, a 3-in-1 photocopy machine, a 43-inch LED television, a writing desk, a TV guard, and an unspecified amount of money.
The Municipal Fire Commander, DO III Ishaq-Kambari expressed profound gratitude, assuring that the equipment would be well-utilized and maintained.
