Parliament on Monday hosted a high-level delegation from the Kingdom of Eswatini, led by the Speaker of its House of Assembly, Jabulani Mabuza.

The visit forms part of a benchmarking initiative aimed at enhancing inter-parliamentary collaboration and fostering mutual learning between the two nations.
Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, who received the delegation, underscored the importance of shared values in strengthening democratic institutions.
“Though our nations differ in size and constitutional evolution, our parliaments bear the same responsibility, to serve the people, ensure transparency, and safeguard national interests,” Speaker Bagbin stated.
During their stay, the Eswatini delegation will examine the workings of Ghana’s Parliamentary Service Board, with a focus on institutional strengthening and enhancing legislative efficiency.
Both countries reaffirmed their commitment to democratic governance and pledged to work together in promoting Africa’s voice on the global stage.
