Volta Regional Minister, Hon. James Gunu, has announced that Mart Will Quarry Ghana Limited is extending its quarry services and investments to the Volta Region.
The Minister said the company, led by Mr. Rashid Isah, who doubles as Deputy Head of Estate, Youth Employment Agency, the move is expected to bring in a dredging vessel for the Volta Lake to support President John Dramani Mahama’s vision of transforming the lake into an economic corridor to create jobs and spur development.
According to Hon. Gunu, the Volta Regional Coordinating Council (VRCC) remains committed to providing the needed support for strategic investments in the region.
“The Volta Regional Coordinating Council (VRCC) is ready to collaborate with investors who share in this vision,” Mr. Gunu assured.
Mart Will Quarry Ghana Limited, which already operates in other parts of the country, aims to expand its quarry services while contributing to broader infrastructure development in the Volta Region.
