The National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) has concluded a 5-day onboarding workshop in Koforidua, aimed at equipping its management and newly recruited regional staff with the skills and knowledge to drive innovation and entrepreneurship across the country.

The programme, held at the Otiwaa Hall of the Capital View Hotel, focused on building a unified, high-performing team while deepening staff understanding of NEIP’s structure, policies, and mission.
Participants were taken through modules on the organisation’s structure, salary and remuneration packages, job specifications, and key performance indicators (KPIs). They were also introduced to NEIP’s flagship programmes, which provide entrepreneurship training, funding opportunities, and innovation support to young businesses.
Team-building sessions also formed part of the weeklong exercise, encouraging collaboration and camaraderie among staff.
This onboarding workshop is not just about orientation; it is about building a culture of collaboration, commitment, and innovation. We believe that by investing in our people, we can create the right foundation to transform Ghana’s entrepreneurship landscape.
The workshop also served as an opportunity for staff to realign with NEIP’s mission, vision, and values, positioning the agency to expand its impact within the country’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
