President Mahama to host first media encounter of second term today

President John Dramani Mahama will today, Wednesday, September 10, 2025, engage journalists in his first Presidential Media Encounter since beginning his second term in office.

The session, scheduled for 8:00 p.m. at the Presidency, is expected to provide a platform for the President to address pressing national issues and share updates on his Resetting Ghana Agenda, policies, and ongoing projects.

The Minister of Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, reminded the public in a Facebook post on Tuesday that the encounter will be broadcast live.

According to an earlier statement signed by the Minister, “the encounter will provide a unique platform for President Mahama to engage the Ghanaian people, through the media, on pressing national issues, his Resetting Ghana Agenda, policies and ongoing projects.”
