Kuami Eugene’s new song “Canopy”

Kuami Eugene, a highlife star, has released a new song, “Canopy,” just days after being involved in a nearly fatal car accident.

The tragedy occurred after he rammed his Range Rover into a tipping truck at CP, near the DSTV office, and drove towards the Dzowulu traffic light in Accra.

He shattered his arm, cut his lips, hurt his leg, and injured his hip. Departing from the usual themes frequently seen in mainstream music, “Canopy” presents a novel take on overcoming problems.
The song begins with a vibrant soundscape featuring appealing rhythms, lively instrumentation, and the Lynx Entertainment signee’s distinct voice. A classic beat serves as a solid foundation, while soft guitar melodies and atmospheric synthesisers offer complexity and depth.

Kuami Eugene, real name Eugene Kwame Marfo, uses emotive words and vivid visuals to create a personal and relevant experience for his audience.

“Canopy” is a probable Song of the Year contender that is projected to captivate the public domain as firestorm and transcend borders.
