The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is expected to officially unveil its Running Mate, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, for the upcoming general elections, today.
The event will be held at the Kofi Ohene Konadu Auditorium at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), as stated in a press release issued by the party.
The party had earlier emphasized that her nomination underscored their commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and the empowerment of women in leadership roles.
Describing Prof. Opoku-Agyemang as a distinguished academic and leader renowned for her dedication to education and public service, the party highlighted her extensive qualifications, experience, knowledge, and expertise, all of which contribute to the strength of the NDC’s presidential ticket.
