Dr. Adam emphasised the government’s unwavering efforts to create an atmosphere that is favourable for the financial industry to prosper. Speaking on Monday at the 3i Africa Summit in Accra, Dr. Adam suggested that the nation’s quick economic recovery was a result of the government’s dedication to the industry. “President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo‘s administration is relentless in establishing a supportive macroeconomic climate that will serve as the foundation for the financial services industry’s prosperity.”
“Ghana’s economic recovery has been quite quick as a result,” he continued, “with economic growth ending the year 2023 at 2.9% against a target of 1.5%.”
