The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang as the running mate for John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming 2024 presidential elections.
Professor Opoku-Agyemang is celebrated for her academic and leadership achievements, having served as Minister for Education and as the first female Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cape Coast.
This decision underscores the NDC’s commitment to inclusivity and women’s empowerment in leadership roles.
